There is something extra special about getting to photograph a business when you know the heart behind it.

I had the opportunity to spend some time with Hannah McKenzie and the team at Danni Jones Physical Therapy for a branding session at their two beautiful locations in Ruston, Louisiana. Hannah is a friend of mine, and getting to step into her world for the day made this session one I really loved.

I am so proud of what she and her amazing team are building.

One of my favorite things about branding photography is that it gives me the opportunity to tell a little more of the story behind a business.

Of course, we want the polished headshots and team photos. We want images of the space, the details, and all of those things you need for a website or social media.

But I also want to photograph what it actually feels like to walk through the doors.

For Danni Jones Physical Therapy, that meant photographing Hannah and her team doing what they do every day—working with patients, encouraging them, teaching them, and helping them move toward their goals.

Their approach to physical therapy focuses on individualized care, proper movement, and helping patients return to the activities they want to be able to do. Their team provides a variety of specialized services and works to create a positive, supportive environment for the people they serve.

Getting to watch all of that happen firsthand made it easy to see how much this team genuinely cares about their patients.

Two Beautiful Spaces in Ruston, Louisiana

Danni Jones Physical Therapy has two locations right here in Ruston, Louisiana, and we were able to create images throughout both spaces.

Each location gave us opportunities for a mix of team photographs, individual branding images, environmental portraits, and candid photographs of the therapists working with patients.

Having that variety is so important when creating a branding gallery.

Instead of walking away with five versions of the same headshot, the goal is to create a complete library of photographs that can be used throughout a website, social media, advertising, print materials, and anywhere else the business needs to show up.

And when those photographs actually look and feel like the business they represent, they become so much more useful.

This session was such a good reminder of why I love working with local businesses.

There are so many incredible people building businesses right here in Ruston and throughout North Louisiana, and I love getting the opportunity to help tell those stories.
